Access to the Directory requires login. The Multiple User Plan allows an unlimited number of a facility users to access the directory at the same time. The Single User Plan allows access to only one user at a time and requires that you log out in order for anyone else from you facilicty to log in.

It represents nearly 30 years of compilation and experience. It is a national patients' insurance benefits information service. Using the service far more than pays for its cost in time, phone calls and correspondence saved. The collection of even one bill that otherwise would have gone unpaid normally far more than pays for the cost. Those listed probably pay over 95% of the health, workers compensation and auto insurance claims in the United States. Most main listings have an internet link.
